Fawaz Hamoui, Founder and CEO.
Fawaz has over 19 years experience in the construction industry. He has held several engineering and marketing positions both in government as well as the private industry. Previously, he was Vice President of Business Development and a Board Member of Gilson Company, Inc., a global supplier of testing solutions to the construction materials field. He has traveled extensively and is a frequent speaker in industry conferences worldwide. Fawaz is a graduate of the Ohio State University, and was the Publisher and Editor of Testing News Digest, a quarterly newsletter for the construction materials testing professionals. He is an active member of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) among others.
Stuart L. Schwotzer, Industry Advisor.
Mr. Schwotzer is a noted consultant who provides technical support to Bowser-Morner, Inc., a multi-disciplined engineering and analytical firm with over 200 engineers, scientists, and technicians. Previously, he was Chief of the Bureau of Tests for the Ohio Department of Transportation and administered all bureau sections including aggregate, chemical, bituminous, cement, concrete, and soils. Mr. Schwotzer is an active member of ASTM, serving on several Committees including D04 and C09. He is a Vice Chair of ASTM Committee D04, the AASHTO Committee on Materials, and is Vice Chairman of AASHTO Committee C-1 and TRB Committee A2J03. Stuart also belongs to the Association of Professional Geologists and the American Society of Mining Engineers.
Susan Rector, Legal Counsel.
Ms. Rector is a principal with Schottenstein, Zox and Dun, the third largest law firm in Columbus, Ohio. She Chairs the firm's E-Commerce Practice Area and Intellectual Property and Technology Protection Practice Area. Ms. Rector also edits Currents, the firm's newsletter focusing on issues and trends in intellectual property and Internet law. She has experience in a wide variety of business transactions, including business formation, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and licensing. She also has extensive experience with private placements of securities, intellectual property matters, technology-based companies and the legal issues encountered in conducting business online. She has served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General since 1995.

Tim is a Senior Vice President of Direct Banking with the Huntington Bank, a $30 Billion bank holding company. His 25 years experience in banking includes the development and expansion of Huntington’s Internet banking and customer service call centers.
